This is the *SECOND* time I’ve gotten food poisoning (in the past month) after eating a pepperoni pizza from this location. There’s either an issue with the ingredients or food they’re using, or how it’s being cooked or stored. The pizza was good, but being sick for over 24 hours is not. Won’t be ordering from this location for the foreseeable future.

I ordered my two pizzas this evening from Domino’s in Centreville, Maryland after a very long day. I ordered a large thin crust and a medium pan pizza. The order was ready at 6:30 and I was there around 6:40 to pick it up. I hit the “I’m here” button and at 6:54 I finally had to call and let them know I was sitting in front of the door like advised by their website. When they FINALLY brought my order to me I asked them if the pizza was going to be cold. The girl said it was sitting on the warmer. I live about 5 mins away and as soon as I got home I looked at the Pan pizza. The pan pizza was soggy and thin (as thin as their original pizza), and when I tasted the thin crust it was luke warm and soggy. It tasted worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. I would have been better off buying and cooking my own frozen pizza at this point. However my screaming 2 year olds who is starving and has had an accident in his car seat wasn’t going to get me in the grocery store so I called the store manager Jennifer. She was less than helpful, as she heard my screaming 2 year old in the background she only gave me the option of driving back to the store with my order even after I asked her to deliver, she refused and said she would only replace my order if I came back to the store. I went here for the convenience of the curbside as any mother with a screaming toddler would appreciate but they won’t be seeing our business ever again!

I’m giving a 4 star only for the fact that our cheesy breadsticks weren’t cooked all the way through last night. Tasted like straight dough, so we just threw it in the oven at home not really a big deal, but quality is a crucial factor when dealing with food for fat guys like myself. With that being said, we love our local Domino’s, always on time and the food is always hot when delivered or we pick it up and the customer service is always on point lately. Definitely recommend.
