Coming from a border town myself, I seriously had my doubts about this place. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was hot, very tasty, and reasonably priced. And when a place can serve a salsa that makes me take it in strides then that says it all. The place was clean and the restroom as well. I’d definitely eat here again if I get the chance to stop by on my travels.

Decided to try out a new place, saw good reviews, gave it a shot. We did not get drinks or chips and salsa until we sat there for almost 30 min. There were literally 2 other customers in the whole restaurant. I could understand if they were busy or short staffed, but that was not even close to being the case. The food was not great. Very bland and expensive for what you got. Out of four of us, 2 of our dinners came out together, the other 2 came about 15 minutes later. Then, our guacamole appetizer came out, which was a small scoop about the size of a golf ball on a plate for $7. I hoped the reviews were right, but not this time. If this is the best Mexican food in the Sapulpa area, make the drive out of Sapulpa and go get some good food and service elsewhere. Not worth the $70 we paid.

It was good (Tex Mex style), the place was clean and service was also good, the first time I went by myself. Only 2 tables occupied. Half an hour altogether for the stay. Since then I went 2 more times. Food was still good, but the service was terrible. It takes forever, even when only few people are there. We were there over an hour the second time (2 people). The third time besides the long waiting time again (an hour for the whole visit-2 people), the young waitress was not paying attention at all. Gave us one bill even though we said separate bills. Didn’t bring food container as asked. Another waitress had to straighten it all up and finish it. My friends do not want to come again. Me, only if come early and alone, and if I have time.

First time trying, was there for a family event so in the back room. Limited menu for the event but the food was good, hot and fresh. We’ll have to come back and sit in the restaurant area and check out a full menu.

The outside may have you think it’s a dive. But the inside is decorated great. The food is wonderfully delicious and the wait staff was excellent. She filled our drinks, brought the salsa, and chips. First time there, but we will go back!
