We just had my Daughter’s 5th birthday party here and Jacob helped us with everything! He was extremely attentive, informative and patient. I was super nervous about how everything would go but he made the whole thing run so smoothly and gave me reassurance along the way. The manager was also really sweet. She made me feel comfortable and had such a positive energy to her.

Tldr: Chuck E Cheese is good again. You should go. Clean and the games work.

Firstly the pizza; even though expensive, was great! Worth the price!

Awful experience. For more than $50, we had 45 minutes of game time with numerous games broken. The pizza was alright, but nothing to get excited about. The cashier had her mask off multiple times as did several workers that walked in but we were told to put ours on as we were leaving by the same cashier. Never again will we waste our money here. I knew there must be a reason nobody was there on a Saturday afternoon. Awful experience. The pictures are of all of the different machines falling apart. We won’t be back.

The stuff who is working there are very polite, good manners. Food is ok. They have salad bar and you can make your own salad. Many different arcade games for kids.

Honestly worst staff in any restaurant.. rude definitely should not be in the food service industry.. food subpar well below even little Caesars quality wise if it had not been for the over priced games would have been a dismal failure.. for a kids sixth birthday party.. $$$$$ very expensive

My 82 year old father enjoyed playing the games with the grand kids. He said he wants to have his birthday here. We’ll make it happen for him.

Pizza was actually good. The games were pretty decent. I do wish we could have paused her play card more than once though.
