I placed an order for pickup at 12:38 p.m. The gentleman that gave me my order was extremely nice. While there I decided to add on a lemon cheesecake cookie. I left and went home. When I got there I realized that the cookie was not in my car. I called the restaurant and a young lady picked up. I explained to her what happened and asked if I had left my cookie in on the counter in the store. She asked me if I could hold on. When she came back to the phone she asked “okay what were you saying?” I repeated the question about leaving my cookie in the store. She replied that she didn’t see it on the counter but had no way of knowing if someone put it back. I asked what day a manager would be in. She asked “manager?” I replied yes, someone who would maybe be bothered to ask the other employees, just so I know I’m not losing my mind. She then replied well I just asked everyone and no one knows about it. Huh. Interesting, since she didn’t even know what I had asked about when she came back from putting me on hold. The truth is she couldn’t be bothered to check something for a customer. It’s not about the 2 dollar cookie, because I would have told them to give it away, but I wont spend my money where they cant be bothered to check on something so minor for a customer. I didn’t get the girl’s name, but the call was at 1:44 p.m.

I have a mixed review. I was in on yesterday and loved my sandwich but my husband on the other hand was really sick after eating his. The service was good and staff was friendly. I will return but I’m not sure if I will return to this location after seeing others report they got sick too after eating here.

This was my favorite Potbelly, but not sure if someone forgot to wash their hands before preparing my food. I chose the Pick your Pair option when I was there last Thursday. As soon as I finished eating my sandwich, my stomach felt weird. I got home and ate the salad later on. As soon as I finished eating the salad, I got so sick, that it is now Easter Sunday and I am still struggling with the food poison. I spent the rest of my vacation time in the bathroom, adding more trouble to my already compromised immune system. Unfortunately, I will not be back at this location.

Great service and food! I got the Mediterranean on wheat, with added onions and pickles; along with broccoli cheese soup. Everything was great, I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, I was too hungry and ate it before I could take a picture.

Love the food, but the workers at this location are lazy. Most days they either shut down early or most recently only do online orders due to “short staffing” but you walk in and there’s 4 workers standing there doing nothing. During a blizzard this past winter we were inside when someone called asking if they were open and the worker rudely says “i don’t know guess you have to drive here and find out maybe we will be maybe we won’t be”. Great food terrible employees.
