The chicken teriyaki was still great and is the best amongst all the Sarku’s in the bay area in my opinion. However, their price have gone up and their serving have significantly become so little now. Even their extra chicken serving is so small now. Will I still go back? Once in a while maybe but no longer every time I go to Oakridge mall.

This place used to be my go to, but they get worst each time I go. The servers are rude. I paid for 2x extra chicken but still got a regular one compared to my friends regular plate. They ripped me off each time I go and I get less chicken all the time. Next time Im ordering just chicken no rice no veggies and see if it makes a difference. Even when you order just one order of extra chicken they give small portions. Doesn’t make sense and not worth the wait. And my friend got food poisoning from them after she was done and threw up.
