OMG Tasty House serves some of the best food I’ve ever tried, I’ve never had Vietnamese before, I’m such a fan now. The seating area is small and quaint, but the atmosphere is welcoming. Manna our hostess was friendly and helpful. She answered every question and explained the menu items and specials. I had Pho Special and my wife the Curry Chicken, we also tried the scallion pancakes and delicious mango milk tea. Everything was delicious! We’ll definitely be returning soon. Thank you so much!!

Best Vietnamese food place ever, food were great and the best part was their homemade green chili sauce. Also, their milk tea was so good, it wasn’t too sweet like other place and the ratio of tea and milk are perfect. Yummy~

I really wanted to like this place. The customer service was nice. I ordered out. I got the shrimp vermicelli and the summer roll. The summer roll was not good. It was so thin the whole role fell apart. The peanut sauce wasn’t tasty or complimentary. The vermicelli was ok. The size was small and the proportions were off. The taste was ok. They have lunch specials and decent prices but overall the food was not that good.

Recently moved from Queens to Long Island and didn’t think I’d find a good pho spot, until I came across this place. The broth is absolutely delicious, it tastes so fresh. The beef was perfect and tender. The beef balls were yummy. They have a homemade chili oil and homemade green sauce that are perfect if you like to add spice. The spring rolls are perfectly crispy and had yummy meat (I think pork) on the inside. The bubble tea was deliciously sweet and the bubble texture was perfect. I am so happy that I found this spot! Now I can live happily on Long Island and have my pho once (or twice)a week. Added a picture of my empty bowl just to show how good it was. Plus the owner is the sweetest woman! She is so kind and cares about customer service. She made it a great experience on top of the delicious food.

So I came in around 6:15, I placed an online order and decided to just eat it in the restaurant instead of going home. The staff was super hospitable and everything they could to accommodate me. I ordered the pho special and the six-piece spring roll. I couldn’t really put into words how much I enjoyed it, I did tell them it was fantastic but I think my actions of eating every single little bit and slurping up all of the broth spoke more than my words could.

Tasty House is a pretty nice spot. I came here with my girlfriend for a Sunday lunch and was very satisfied. We love pho and it’s very hard to find good pho on Long Island. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this place. They have great pho for a reasonable price and the staff is very nice as well. We also tried the curry fish balls upon their recommendation and it ended up being very good. I love curry and fish but I’m not a fan of fishy foods. These were not overly fishy. Overall I would see myself coming back to this place and sharing the cuisine with others as well.

The server was very nice and thoughtful. The pho(beef noodle soup) was authentic and delicious. I could tell the broth was boiled with meat for quite a long time. Definitely going to visit again.

Unfortunately, this is one of the weaker places when it comes to the taste of food – completely average and rather poor with taste. The restaurant defends itself with very friendly service and a really nice owner! really Good spring rolls, but both the soups and the dishes with meat rather don’t meet my expectations and are far from my previous culinary experiences in Vietnamese restaurants. The portions (soup) are large but the whole thing lacks that oriental note – no ginger, mint and just a pinch of cilantro… Chicken – should be much more grilled or roasted – as it is served now it seems unfinished
