The food was tasty and fairly generous. Person preparing each order clearly just wanted to get everyone out as fast as he could, so I received my order very quickly, but at the cost of basic manners or niceties. Saw a total of four employees, not one of them looked like they wanted to be there.

Thanks for half a bowl. Never again. It’s obvious employee have been told to go light on grub hub orders for obvious reasons. Never again Chipotle. I suggest everyone else go somewhere else as well.

Food was good, what’s to be expected at any Chipotle. We ordered on their app for pick up during the day, planning to eat at a park between places over the weekend. Well, had a feeling and opened the bag in the parking lot back at the car…no napkins or utensils. We went back in and grabbed those, but was a smidge disappointed as that should be in a to-go bag as common knowledge. Still, minor compared to potential woopsies, so 4/5.

In the past Chipotlexhas been reasonably price for the servings. Tonight, I stopped and got a salad with steak, rice, lettuce, cheese sauce, salsa, grated cheese, and guacamole. Dressing come with it. I had several pieces of fat or gristle. So disappointed and I spent over 16.00. I will go some place else and spend less than 16.00 and better quality.

The food is great when they get orders made on the App correct. That’s the problem, they get delivery orders wrong consistently. Way too much competition out there to be so inefficient on preparing orders.

Food is just like any other chipotle, no issue. Nothing wrong with the employees, there’s just not enough of them. Wait at least 20-30 minutes after the pick up any time we order for pick up. Just need more employees

Staff tried pulling a fast one on me, and I called him out. I order a barbacoa bowl with no extra toppings, and bag of chips. The prepper writes a B and a G on the tin, and hands it to the cashier. I ask him what the writing means, and he says barbacoa. I say ok great. Then he tells me it’s $16.34 for the bowl and chips, and I ask why. I tell him the chips are under $2 and the bowl is under $11. He says “well you got Guac”. I said no I didn’t, and that’s why I asked about the writing. He gives a defeated sigh, and then tells me it’s $13 total. When he hands me my change, he shoves it into my hand like a sad child.

There’s too many negative reviews for this location (144th and maple at grayhawk) so I thought I should leave a positive one. This is the best location in Omaha behind the 132nd and center location. The gentleman here who works the line was the first employee at any of the locations to remember my order and I eat at chipotle A LOT. The dining area is the cleanest out of all the locations I have been to as well. Great food and great service.
