Carbone’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This location is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The waitstaff is efficient and just polite enough and most of the people that eat here look like James Hetfield from Metallica, which is awesome. You never know what you’ll get from a Carbone’s as far as food goes, but luckily, this location is delicious. I love me some Boneyard thin crust, boy. Mmmm mmm. The only bad thing to say about this Carbone’s is that they were playing high school hockey on every single television when there also happened to be a Timberwolves game on. Really? All the James Hetfields just want to watch children skate around in circles instead of witnessing chiseled, pro athletes competing at the highest level? That’s whack, Jack. Luckily, the food and the overall experience outweigh the poor television choices. Pro tip: before going here, try dressing like other members of Metallica just to see what happens.

Came here for lunch with friends back in July this year. Had the pizza buffet; the fried chicken was decent but the pizza was marginal at best and a case of “let’s see how little we can put on the crust and still get away with calling it a pizza.”

The atmosphere is excellent! The menu is vast and has delicious dishes to satisfy everyone’s cravings. The beers are huge with generous pours! The bartenders are always so professional and kind! They also host many fun events throughout the week! It’s a great place to catch the game!

Met some friends who live in the area on St. Paddy’s Day. Guy manager was very rude. Our server Christy? Was phenomenal. I missed ordering a beer when she served the table. Went to the bar to order. Cranky manager guy literally said, “don’t you have a server”? Walked away. Ordered some chicken to go which was amazing. The culture here is unfortunately a direct reflection of the manager.

I’m not sure why everyone seems to love this place. I’ve been to a couple Carbone’s, and they’re all the same. The 6″ pizza had about 2 lbs. of cheese on it. I’m a dairy state native and I love cheese, but even we have to admit there’s a limit. Mushrooms and olives were obviously from a can, potentially tasted like a can that’s been sitting out for a couple weeks. Crust was beyond soggy and rubbery. Was there even sauce? I couldn’t find it under all the cheese. I will say that it was quick and hot, even during a busy lunch rush, and the price was reasonable.

If I could do a zero star for management, that would be spot on! Horrible management. Instead of communicating, when you ask about your hours or schedule, that you haven’t been scheduled for over a month, as a steady employee. Only to get BLOCKED from their fb group & NO response via text/email for a MONTH ♀️ so if you enjoy working, getting awesome tips..& then losing your main income for you & your kids, with no notice…then Rosemount Carbones is for u! horrible way to run a business.
