Normally we have no complaints. This time however I did call and complain that it looked as if our dinner box had been dropped on its side. The guy that answered the phone had absolutely nothing to say he left super long silences after I would say something, I had to ask if he was still on the line. He said he will call me back because he needed to see what the manager wanted to do. It’s been an hour and no call back. After opening the rest to serve my family we noticed the pasta was a little burnt and the extra breadsticks seemed old and very dry.

Terrible all around. Pizza tastes like cardboard. The y charge a 10% service fee “to recover costs of operating in California”. Cheese and red pepper costs $1.25 each. Never heard of this before at pizza place. Absurd to say the least.

I don’t understand why Pizza Hut is only rated 3.3 stars. This place is second place after Costco’s pizza for me. The costumer service is good, read the whole review to see why. I only rated it 4 because one time, we ordered a pizza and got what we always get: half pepperoni and half pineapple chicken with a garlic butter crust. When we picked it up, we checked the pizza and they did the exact opposite of what we ordered: pineapple and chicken on all of it and a thin, crispy crust. And what else? Apparently, the dough also was messed up, and it tasted like crispy saltine crackers without the salt. The pizza tasted horrendous and we almost threw it out. After calling once, they said they RAN OUT OF DOUGH….

We order P Hut delivery quite often. The last few years, our experience with ordering has improved. Delivery is pretty close to estimated time and food arrives with correct items. A few times the pizza wasn’t as hot but not as often as years past. Keep it up. Thanks.

Quite frankly terrible. Firstly customer service on phone is terrible. You can’t customize a dam pizza? Perhaps you are in the wrong business. Secondly service fees…. really give me all the excuses under the . No to service fees.i will rather go somewhere else like Costco etc.

first and last time ordering here. Over 40 mins from when website said it would be delivered, and they got my order wrong. Just a single pizza. I couldn’t tell because it was covered in sauce, and I couldnt see the toppings were wrong until I ate it.
