So dissatisfied with my order. My wings were over fried, hard and dry! My fries were burnt. When I asked the young girl why are my fries burnt? She replied, they’re not burnt, it’s the starch in the potatoes that makes them look burnt . Obviously this little girl doesn’t cook. They are burnt! Chicken was too hard to eat. $80 dollars spent! SMH!!!

On Friday 08/18 I place an order online at this location by accident. I immediately called them to tell them about my error and have them refund my money. I called for 5 minutes straight , all they would do is pick up the phone and put me on a silent hold. No “thank you for calling one moment” (very unprofessional) When I finally had someone answer he said we’re very busy that’s why we can’t answer. I told him my issue and he said he would text him manager to hold on the phone. Once he came back he said his manager told him he would refund the money, $79.73 and would call me once it was done. I never received a call and thought he had done it. Yesterday 08/23 I checked my account and money was still not there. I called them again (once again took forever to get manager on the phone) when she finally came on turns out the refund was never done! She did it 4 days later!!!! So if I would have never called, I would have never gotten my money back!!!!!! So unprofessional from the manager who said they would do it and never did it (the manager on friday night).

I’ve been coming here off and on since this place opened, but lately ive started coming every week. Luis seems to be working the front every time I come and he ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS gets my order EXACTLY how I wanted. I had to ask him his name on my way out to write this review. I wasn’t very happy with the service, I bought the boneless meal bundle which comes with 2 orders of fries. I placed my order on line and when I got home I only had one order of fries instead of 2. I was on hold for 20 minutes and I hung up and called again and waited for 10 minutes. When someone finally answers and I mentioned I was missing an order of fries, he said I needed to pack my entire order and bring everything back. This was so inconvenient, my family had already started eating and we couldn’t pack everything up since half of the food was gone. So I decided it wasn’t worth packing everything up since it’s a 20 minute drive to the restaurant. But it would’ve have been nice if I was told I could come get them with out having to pack everything up especially since my dad could’ve picked them up since he was on his way home. Make sure you check your order before you leave. As for me, this will be the last time I order from this place.

Came in Oct 13. Afternoon. The girl at the front counter was super nice! Great customer service. This was my first trip to a Wing Stop. I came just for the corn a family member had gotten me a couple weeks ago. Wait time was short. Seasoning was great. The corn however, hard. Pretty undercooked I believe.
