if I could give them a negative one I would. Extremely slow. Air conditioning not working. An employee was walking around behind counter sucking on a drink carrying around her food. Drink station disgusting and out of all condiments. Only had boy happy meal toys. Horrible! Stay away!

Waited in drive-thru line 10 minutes after placing order for 1 strawberry- pineapple smoothie, only to be told at the window, “oh we’re sorry the smoothie machine is down.” They are always out of something or some machine isn’t working. Not like that at Tarboro McDonald’s!

It’s crazy when you go to a burger joint and they’re out of burgers. The ice cream machine is always down. The ice crusher for the ice drinks is always down. The speaker system at the drive-thru line is down and you can understand what they’re saying when it’s not down.

Service was awful today. First I get burnt bacon with my order and my order is wrong. I go back through the drive-thru and they asked me to come in. Once in the store I receive undercooked bacon am I order still wrong. Never again.
