Honestly I’m just about done with this place this was the last straw. I ordered chicken tenders fingers what ever you’d like to call them and when I got my order they were chicken PATTIES cut in half with hot sauce on them. When I called them about it they told me that this was chicken finger I told him no you guys gave me chicken Pattie’s cut in half with buffalo sauce he said chicken patty and chicken finger is the same thing as if I lack education and ALSO no dressing for my salad. This is the second time we went to this place, only because of the excellent service, quantity and quality of the food that we enjoyed the first time we were there. Today we were totally disappointed. We ordered the exact same food from our last visit, but got totally different stuff. My husband had ordered steak tips dinner both times. Last time the steak tips was accompanied by rice, bulgar, pita bread and salad, in addition to onion rings and coleslaw. This time we got just some soggy tips with onion rings and coleslaw. The gyro I ordered was soggy and dripping. The French fries was bad as well. Only saving grace was the side salad and the soda they gave for free. Won’t be going there anymore.

Eagerly to have some great pizza today we seen the place and decided to stop by. First time trying and experience wasn’t so great. Pizza was super thick and wasnt cooked properly, plus the side of chicken wings was super dry. I went up to the guy in the cashier and told him about it and his response was “so what do you want? you want it more cooked?” I said yes and I thought theyd give me a remade fresh pizza but instead they through in the same pizza for reheat. Customer service wasn’t so great.

The cashier doesn’t speak English well and doesn’t have good customer service. Since I arrived, he didn’t make a very good face and I didn’t receive what I ordered. Man, if you’re bored working in that place, just leave.

I usually never do reviews but today this experience was quite upsetting. I have gotten take out from them a numerous of times and saw they delivered to Everett. I then began getting ot delivered to me with no problem until one time they said they don’t deliver to Everett. I thought maybe it was something new so just ordered somewhere else. I went back to getting take out and asked why they don’t deliver to Everett anymore and they were like we still do. I was slightly confused but just said oh ok. So then delivery to my house back on as normal after that day, until today when I tried to get an order delivered. The guy first said we don’t deliver to Everett then I explained that they always deliver here, look at your computer. So then he changed his story to they are to busy to deliver to me. How does that even make sense? I don’t even live that far from the place. I literally live near the high school, so that is going down one road, make a right, then a left. It’s less than 8min away. Probably closer than most houses they deliver to in Revere. When I was trying to explain to him how close I was and that I understood that they were busy and I didn’t mind on how long the wait would be, he just rudely cut me off said no sorry we only have 2 drivers and hung up. Ok, well why can’t 1 of those 2 drivers bring me my food? I used to order from there both delivery and take out on a regular basis like at least once a week to as much as 3 times a week, and they aren’t cheap orders. My family likes food and we easily spend $80-$120 on one order, cuz I’m getting desert too…lol. Sorry to say you lost a good customer today. I gave 2 stars because the food is actually good. I only hate that my kid loves the food and she is the one that will be the most disappointed about this situation.
