Worst food I ever had gave me raw bacon twice in a row!! Ask for my money back and my sandwich remade got refunded and was told by the woman in the blue shirt if you don’t like it go somewhere else then I’m not making it again! Does anyone on this earth like raw food, does anyone liked to be talked to like that! Worst customer service!! 8/27/2023 morning shift woman in blue shirt needs to be fired!! Don’t know who the night shift is but the women hooked us up with the bacon on our sandwiches and the coffee is spectacular even though it’s probably old espresso. Wish I tipped these wonderful ladies! Will definitely be back!! We were confused about certain menu items but she was happy to help! 10 stars to the night shift on 09/02/22!

my dog got bit at the dog park today. so something to cheer him up i decided to call and kindly said “hi do you guys have pup cups?” and she started screaming and saying that the police are on there way, and to stop prank calling. I had no clue what she was talking about and she was swearing and everything i don’t know what was wrong . i always come to this dunks i’ve never had a problem like this!!

There is only one person working counter. She is talking on her phone. Her phone call is more important than taking an order. When she did finally decide to put her phone down, she had an attitude at the counter, completely disregarded my order and started to ring in what ever she felt like. Then proceeded to tell me the did not have frozen coffee drinks with hazelnut shots, it had to be strawberry or blueraspberry or the like.

I been here many times and I never been more upset of what this employee did to my coffee. She disregarded what I asked to be put in both coffees and when I told her to remake it she made it the same way and made the same mistakes. If you want good coffee don’t come here on a Sunday worst customer service ever and no manager was on duty.
