Will not be returning to Flop Brothers—ever. Pizza looked like a multi oval shaped mound of too much, rubbery cheese. A far stretch from the pictures. Tasted like two day old pizza. Total waste of $21.54. My orders have been in a steady decline. Better luck gambling in Vegas than getting a good pizza here.

Normally no issues with this location, however they were really struggling today. I pre-ordered pizza on Thursday we’ll ahead of the big game. Unfortunately it appears this location was not prepared. While there seemed to be quite a bit of staff, they didn’t seem to know what to do. It’s as if there was no manager running the show. My order took 25 minutes more than the designated time and while waiting I watched disappointed customer after customer try to get their order. Staff were hiding in the back while lines formed outside with no one willing to manage the registers. I think they were embarrassed! Total mess. Sadly I tipped on Thursday when I pre-ordered…won’t do that again either…

This place is amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and generous! Went with a group of people right at closing and they were even more hospitable then. We got both vegan pizza and conventional pizza. Both were outstanding. I am allergic to eggs and milk so it’s Really nice when I do not have to go somewhere after my friends have eaten or live on French fries. Will defiantly go again!!!
