Ordered two lobster rolls, been getting them all week because they were awesome. Ordered two lobster roll’s and they were a quarter of the size of the ones I’ve been getting. They used a small hot dog roll instead of the other bigger roll they normally use and the manager argued with me about how much meat they stuck on it. Looked like a quarter of a scoop. Went back and got my money back. Definitely not buying anything from them again. One thing you never doing. Customer service is argue with the customer they were definitely wrong. I was right you’re trying to cheat me and I called you out on it.

I wanted a chef salad,and when I got there @7:15, there were no more left,so I asked if they had any more and the manager said she could make one for me,which I thought was very nice of her. My husband gets a double Italian and I get cheese pazzo bread and a chef’s salad. Love the cheese pazzo bread.

One of the worst places I’ve gotten food in a long time I go to the chicken parm dinner got home and literally was ziti with cheese on it no sauce no chicken I called manager told me to come back and mentioned what had happened I go back in and was told I could not get a credit unless I got a chicken Parm dinner which I did not manager was rude will never go back there

Went here for a real Italian sandwich no they don’t have on no mortadella. Ordered the original by mistake but was really disappointed they didn’t put any salami in at all it was two slices of ham and two slices of cheese that’s it bread sandwich!!!! Not one Italian dessert in the store. I asked for hots the kid didn’t know what I was talking about. Don’t say your Italian when you clearly don’t know Italian. Take a trip to the north end get a real sandwich then make an real Italian sandwich what your making is bread sandwiches

We have never had Amato’s pizza before so decided to take a leap and try it. That was the mistake. The first bite I could tell something was off. The taste was.. gross to say the least. And dough was soggy and flimsy. So I decided that I’ll just eat the toppings. Well, that’s when I discovered the raw dough. Thin layer of cooked dough on the bottom but then completely raw to where I could actually stretch it. Absolutely disgusting.
