They gave me old chicken and didn’t give me all spicy gave me mild to like they didn’t feel like cooking fresh chicken and the chicken was cold like it was left out for a while did not give me what I wanted at all and it looked like nothing I ever got from churches the food I received was unexceptional the fries were cold as well and my family was highly up set I live in Harker Heights and the churches there is way better and no matter what will cook u fresh chicken regardless even tho it’s a wait always comes out fresh

We’ve been here twice before with no complaints, but tonight was pretty disappointing. We used the drive thru and ordered the Texas Grande meal. It took a while just for someone to talk to me and take my order, then when we did order we got radio silence for another few minutes. After we paid, we waited about 5 minutes before they asked us to pull up. I assumed that meant we’d be waiting for a few more minutes but never once did they mention how long. We waited 20 minutes for our order. I understand being backed up or having to wait for certain things to cook, I just wish they would have told us beforehand how long it was going to take because we probably wouldn’t have ordered with 3 kids and a tiny baby in the car. Also, our potatoes weren’t even mixed all the way, so that was disappointing too.

I went to get food ask for a 3 pc for leg, wing, thigh. He told me no wings, so I told him 2 legs and thigh. Got my food and my order was wrong. Edwin needs to open his ears and listen to a person order. I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t go back. The service in this town is horrible.

This is the worst Church’s. I’ve been here at least 10 times and they never have spicy wings. Went to drive through today and the guy said they would have some in 18 minutes. I waited outside in car. Finally went inside 20 minutes later and he said they didn’t drop any yet. So I wasted my time yet again.

This is the 2nd time that I have ordered from this location and it is really disappointing. The first time they had no white meat and I didn’t receive my entire order. This time the chicken was over cooked, my pies had no icing and I didn’t receive plastic ware or a straw. I shouldn’t have to drive across town to another location in order to receive good services when I live 5 mins away from this location.
