I know I’m not the only one. Tired of paying over $6 for my coffee and getting coffee that isn’t prepared right and 3/4 of the way full. It’s a shame I have order my coffee and ask them to make sure I get a full cup. Over priced and then rip us off. Perhaps young should be less focused on being woke and more focused on hiring people who aren’t mediocre and better customer service. Instead of reloading my gift card every time you screw, maybe insure your employees can figure how to make your coffees.

Whoever the woman is that opened for this Starbucks in the target on Black Friday morning by herself deserves a raise. She handled a line of people efficiently and extremely timely for being by herself. Props to her.

This location DELETED my review. I came back to re-evaluate and give them a chance. I had stated concerns about an unsanitary practice of leaving pick up food on the open. What I stated was not rude, unfair or untrue. I returned today, only a day after to find they fixed their issues. The attitudes, attentiveness and food protection all changed, it was like night and day. Obviously, what I stated in my previous review was CORRECT and I am perplexed as to why they would request my review be deleted. I am giving this location one star because, now I do not trust them and will not return.

Hello my name is Guillermo Domenech, I went to this place and I felt very bad because the treatment towards me was horrible first I did not understand anything of what I said and then very little attention I had to repeat more than 10 times what I wanted because Supposedly did not understand anything first I attended a gentleman and then a lady, since they realized that I was Hispanic I was indifferent so apparently I understand that in this place there are racist people do not recommend it since you can not have preference racial.

Employees Maddie, Cassandra and Kylie showed excellent customer service! The best I’ve seen in a long time. Highly Respectful and appreciative to military service members. Maddie was very knowledgeable and super efficient.

The guy who was working was rude. He didn’t even greet me, I greeted him. He completely disregarded the fact that I was even there and was having a whole conversation with a Target employee (who happened to be nice enough to hand my son and I a straw.) When he was finished with our drinks I said thank you and he dirty looked me as he turned his back and on to the next customer he went.. Rude af!! Id rather drive to Lehigh street or Scheonersville Road, their always polite & pleasant there!!
