This is such a great idea! I am so happy they went ahead with this experiment, and so far it seems to be a rousing success! More food options in this area is always great! They have a rotating schedule of trucks. They have added more tables since these pics were taken, too! Check the Facebook page for the calendar. Dog friendly as well!

El Villa’s burritos are very delicious & Huge! Too big for one. Have to share with my wife. Breakfast tacos are great too! Love the pager system. You can wander around the other trucks & not miss your order call.

Food trucks are a bit overpriced, but maybe that is all food trucks? Wish the Mexican place was opened past 11am, would love to try them for dinner. Pupas truck was ok, wings place was decent, smash burger was just ok. Will hopefully be able to try some other ones.

What can’t Hilltop do?! This place is amazing!! Where else can you go where one stop will allow you access to different foods from across the world? This is the perfect spot to make sure the whole family can find something they love. We wanted to try a little bit of everything so we had street tacos, burritos, pupusas, bulgogi bowls, short ribs, churros, horchata, snow cones & funnel cake. Everything was truly a 10/10. The facility is so clean & everyone was very friendly. I have no doubt that Hilltop Truck Park will be THE place to eat & hangout in Northlake.

So glad this food truck park has opened in Northlake. With our limited close restaurant options around here, it’s great to have a rotating variety. Also great to support local small businesses! They’re building out the location recently adding a parking lot, power for the trucks (yay no noisy generators), picnic tables, umbrellas, and soon to be adding a metal covered area.
