Just coming back from Vietnam, where we were able to try Cao Lau for the first time, we were so excited to find that there was a restaurant in OC that serves it! It did not disappoint. The noodles were thick and chewy, the soup was flavorful, and the pork was perfectly cooked. It brought us back to our time in Hoi An!

The food is so good here. There are more than 100 types of food on the menu, and some of them are hard to find in the United States. The food tastes original and delicious. I first had a hard time looking for this place since the description stated that it’s located inside H-mart, but it’s actually on the backside of H-mart building. The food is not pricy at all, if not cheaper than most places. The restaurant is clean, food is extremely good, service is friendly.

This restaurant is too overrated. Food is okay. But they charge for water, take only cash or zelle but includes tax, and the service is not so good. When we ordered extra a “com am phu,” the guy came back 3-4 times and ask what do we want to order more?! When the food came out, none of us has any utensils, I waved and one of the guys just stand there and watch… it wasn’t until I just raised my voice and request it.
