Melesio Cuautle is the new Owner & Manager of Bella Italia Pork & Catering in Freehold, NJ.
Melesio came to the United States in 1999 where he worked side by side at Sicilians, learning the business of Italian specialty foods.
Year after year, Melesio worked hard, learning everything there is to know about the business, and in 2023 bought Bella Italia Pork & Catering to bring his dream to fruition.
Melesio is grateful to have a great team helping him: Maria (Catering Manager), Chio (Butcher & Deli Counter), Carlos (Prep), and German (Cook).

I go to Bella Italia all the time. The sandwiches and subs are some of the best in New Jersey. They have quality meat, bread and produce that make every meal truly delicious. They also have delicious hand made sausages and other tender cuts of meat for dinner or special holidays.

Excellent Sandwiches. Must try eggplant, grilled pepper, mozzarella panini with pesto. Definitely don’t forget to take a large cannoli, to go. The ricotta is so smooth & fresh. The guys behind the counter are friendly and are usually smiling.

We used Bella Italia in Freehold to cater a party of about 45 people this past weekend. We chose the buffet option of 7 trays. It came with dinner rolls, salad, serving spoons, etc. The food was excellent and many of our guests commented on how great it was. We also had a lot of food left over so they definitely give you plenty of food.

Excellent food as always. I highly recommend Bella Italia, for all your Italian desires such as sausage, prepared dishes, and the finest of custom cut steaks and chops. I especially love their boneless Pork Chops (cutlets) and their Pork Burgers are in a class by themselves.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Had my friend load a cooler to bring a weekends worth of food and every single thing we sampled was incredible. Fresh Mozz, roasted red peppers, eggplant & chicken prepared anyway along with the fresh meats like the chicken and pork sausages, turkey london broil. Honestly worth a drive!
