I never had the food here, but the ice cream is amazing! It’s very creamy and has great flavor. Portions are huge, so order the small. I only gave 3 stars because the service is very slow and the service counter is always filthy. Plus, $2 for sprinkles. Really!?

ice cream was horrible it want even cold. I felt like I was eating marshmallows it was gross. Not worth 17 then it’s artic swirl only sprinkle a little of Reese’s on top. HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your money. Go to DQ instead.

It’s either they hardly have staff proportionate to the amount of customers they have or the staff has no qualms about making a line of 2-3 customers take 20-25 minutes to just take an order.

Was reluctant to come here after reading bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by the good pita sandwhich and upgraded to fries and a soft dring for $2.99. Fries were hot, pita was delicious. Chocolate milkshake was great too. Sat on outdoor picnic table and watched the sunset. Only took about 15 min. to get food. For a Friday night that wasn`t bad. Hope it continues to improve with more good help.

Cool little place. The line was not long when we went But just sad that we missed the Lake Erie 2 hour tour. Didn’t have nothing open till 2 weeks and we are leaving the area. But the view was awesome!

We patronize the Juicery at least 3X per week. We live on the waterfront and were ecstatic when they opened this year. We keep waiting for it to get better but it hasn’t happened yet. Service staff is essentially absent. With just 2 or 3 people in line you can expect a 25-30 minute wait just to place an order. Food preparation is another guaranteed minimum of 20-30 minutes. Waited 35 minutes today to order and receive a Diet Coke with only 2 people in front of me (one of which left the line angry and frustrated). Earlier this week, after 45 minutes I requested a refund for fries which never showed up. Our experience is not unique. 4 families (behind me) left the line to order while I waited today and that has happened every time we visit. Staff literally disappears for 10-25 minutes at a time and are unapologetic.

Mediocre and overpriced food. No one in line and waited 30 minutes for my order. The loganberry and coffee machines were not working.

The juicery had the cutest little lady’s working. They made beautifully handcrafted ice cream for me and my family of 6. It came out extremely fast and I got to enjoy some tasty treats with the kids on the water while watching the sunset. I’m so proud of all the workers there, they put it their all so our families can have a lovely evening together.

Disaster Struck. It appears they were not prepared for the day. Out of chicken, no nacho chips or cheese. Then the fryer shut down, so no fries or tatter nuggets. The pita for the chicken salad fell apart and the hamburgers were charred too much and took 20 minutes to get called to the window for pickup.
