My family and I walked in the doors at 9;06 pm since their dine-in closing time was 10. They immediately refused to serve us and others as dine-in since they only had “in less than an hour” to close the dining area. We walked away without ordering. A restaurant that won’t allow us to eat in because they want to work less is no place to spend money on. If they wanted to work less then their hours should be changed on their door and website.

Just ordered on DoorDash. I ordered a tenders meal shaken in buffalo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The order I received contained 2 tenders in BBQ, cold and gritty fries, and a coke. This is the third time they’ve messed up an order of ours. Very disappointed. We used to love slims but something has happened in the last 4 months and it’s been downhill from there. Waste of $20.

Me and my fiancée ordered through doordash. Our sauces we paid extra for were missing. I arrive at the store one hour and 15 minutes before close and the doors are locked. I explained that my sauces were missing and was told to get in the drive through line with 7 other cars in front of me. So I’m supposed to wait for 30-45 mins for sauce cups that an associate could have simply brought to the door? Absolutely appalled and will not be returning to this location. Laziness at its finest.

I eat here on the regular and it’s usually great, food always taste amazing and hot but lately EVERY time I order a Smokey bbq wrap with an extra side of bbq for my fries (worded exactly like that when ordered) and my wrap always comes with NO bbq. I only get the side for fries. What’s up with that??

We’ve been ordering from Slim Chickens since they opened in Conway. But last 2x there has been a problem. On Memorial Day I got a large side of cole slaw. It was rancid. Today I ordered 4 different dipping sauces but received instead 4 cayenne ranch, which was not one that I chose. I hope one of my kids likes it.

We ordered food to be delivered to us at work and we got an incomplete order , no gravy, no apology, and when I sent my employee back to fix our order he said there was noone in the restaurant but we still got our order wrong. I’ve tried to call several times and call goes to a full voice-mail.
