In the beginning they did not ask my name or give a receipt then they took 30 minutes and the people after us were served way earlier than us when we ordered just two corndogs. When we confronted them about the order they gave a side eye and when we finally got our order they basically threw the corn dogs in my face which were severely undercooked and basically stone cold raw. We also had to pick up trails of saliva out of our plate. Very disappointed. Never coming near here again you just lost a customer.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The audacity of the employees there was just out of this world. My friend ordered fries and they were both cold and stale. When I asked if they could remake them for her, the employee gave me a look that could kill and within less than a minute she called out our name once more with such hatred in both her tone and facial expression. The fries were not better at all, they went from cold to hard as if she just dumped the same fries for a few seconds to please us. If the fries were heated properly to start with, this would have been another great trip. Yet those two girls were by far the worst I’ve dealt with in fast food service.

Erika was my cashier. She seemed to not be trained properly and she started preclosing at 4 when the store closes at 8. She was in the back when i arrived and didn’t wash her hands when she made my food. The hotdogs were dry and were made differently then usual. The lemonade jugs were also less then half way empty. She didn’t ask me about my rewards points and while working with customers she repeatedly wiped her face without washing her hands afterwards.The front of the store also did not look as clean as it should be.

I don’t know why there are no reviews. Hot Dog on a Stick is awesome. I’ve been to this location countless times over the last 30 years and and I still have not had enough limeaide and fried cheese on a Stick to kill me off yet. Here is to another 30 years.

I recently went here and If I could give it 0 stars I would. Jovanna was our cashier and she has no sort of customer service at all. Rolled her eyes every time we were ordering. Never coming back. Hope the eye rolls were worth it because you lost customers.

This location is in the Town Center Mall East near Sears (Food Court) this location is quick and has a variety of lunch items on the menu to satisfy those in a rush with only 30 minutes for lunch. There is ample seating in this area and is very close to the three level parking structure closest to the County Courts Buildings. There is a large community bathroom that is handicapped accessible as well as fit for nursing mothers and those with children. The Town Center Mall East is centrally located with easy access to down town and the 101 Freeway.
