Food is ok if it’s made correctly. Service was so bad that I won’t be returning. These girls have no desire to serve customers who call an order in for dessert pizzas. They will not under any circumstances make it for you. They will only do what they want to do and that is make pizzas for the next day. The only male that works there actually knows how to serve customers what they ordered when they order it. When you’re working, it’s not a time to hang out and do what you want. These girls have their headphones in when customers try to talk with them and proceed to bad mouth every customer (out loud) as soon as they leave the store. 0/10 customer service, maturity, and work ethic.

Pizza was not prepare according to order, terrible customer service, my husband said they were so busy talking about what was going on in their lives they barely acknowledged him. He said the store was dirty. They didn’t give him his receipt. He was very disappointed.

I’m new to BC – have used PM many times in other towns but yesterday at PM was the WORST I’ve ever experienced. First of all they charged us $7 more than the online order saying Oh Well and Laughed about it. Humm..there were 7 girls working…do they do this to everyone and split the money? Then, the pineapple was from $Tree and was spoiled what little bit there was. The spoiled pineapple made us sick all night with food poisoning. The lettuce was limp, rusty and tasted of bleach and the chicken was old. I’ll never go there again.

Ordered $12 in extra toppings. The stuffed pizza didn’t even come with the toppings it was suppose to have. Not the first time this location has screwed up. Sadly management only willing to offer 25% off. Not acceptable considering how many ingredients were missing.
