I’ve been to Dairy Queens in over 20 states now and this spot is in the “best of” category. The crispy chicken strips have the best breading, the fried cheese curds are cooked to perfection, and the chocolate ice cream is rich and delicious. The people there are responsive, pleasant, and make sure we’re happy with our orders. Love it!

Stopped in tonight for some ice cream. Kid that took our order acted bothered to take our order and be at work. I had the hot brownie with ice cream and asked for peanut butter on it. When I got it the brownie was colder then my ice cream and no peanut butter. Pretty pitiful.

I went threw the drive thru, ordered a large coke and when I got up to the window I asked for three pup cups, and if I could have a straw because previously I had ordered a pop there and didn’t get a straw, anyway they gave me my pop, a second younger guy came to the window and asked me exactly why I had asked for a straw, I told him I hadn’t received one a couple nights before that so I figured I better ask, he shut the sliding window and they both walked away and I didn’t get the 3 pup cups for my littles. Very poor customer service

Pricing keeps going up for low quality food. The burgers we ordered came with little dribbles of ketchup and mustard. The chicken baskets had gravy that was like water. This is not the first time this has happened to an order from here.
