If I could put less than one star I would. My fiance and I ordered 1 mountain dew, 1 sweet tea, a ham and cheese omelet, and western omelet, only the eggs not the whole meal. They charged us $18.19 and did not offer a veteran discount. The eggs were small and cold. When we called to ask why the price was so high, and what would have been the difference if we had gotten the meal. Their reply was, you would have paid a dollar more a piece and you would have gotten toast. They offered nothing else to redeem themselves and went about their day. Even with toast this meal was not worth a penny of what we spent on it. We grew up in this town eating here often over the years with elder family members and had fond memories of how great a place it WAS. We are so disappointed that this is the second time we have been here in the last few months and the quality is gone. I don’t know what has happened to change there food and service quality so badly but they need to make some serious adjustments to at the least the quality of the food. Get it together 50’s classic diner. Seriously a huge disappointment.

Food was ok but being we were a group of 10 we were not really welcomed. Coffee was the smallest cups I have ever seen.

It gets very busy here, the servers do their best to keep up. The food is plain and simple and good. I rated a little lower just because I am on a diet now and it is hard to find here on the menu. Other than. Great lunch & Great Breakfast for that down home feel.

The pancakes are so big and fluffy, I only need one to be satisfied and they let you order just one. I appreciate that because I am diabetic. The staff are friendly and efficient. My husband likes the hamburgers there.

Rode from Hickory to have lunch here. Arrived at 1130AM. Food was good! Service was good! Friendly atmosphere. By the time we departed the place was packed. Will be going back!

It’s your typical mom and pops dinner. The food was okay and reasonably priced. The only thing was how crowded and messy the place was.

I cant believe I’m saying this but this is hands down the best diner experience I’ve had. This is a true diner. I dont think they have changed a thing since the ’50s including the prices. The food was AMAZING. Server was very courteous. The prices were amazing as well. If you live Diners this is worth a 100 mile drive to check it out. Truly authentic.
