As much as I loved this particular wingstop, my most recent visit on March 6th led me to believe that either the staff doesn’t care about their jobs or management doesn’t care about its workers. First off, it was busy at 6:30 at night which is typical for a wingstop. Usually though when you order online the system reflects the time it will take for your order to be ready. My time was the usual 16-21 min wait. When I got there, 22 min later, there were a number of people waiting for food, the tickets were falling out of the ticket holders because there were so many and they were still taking orders and the tickets were still coming out of the ticket machine. So of course I was told it would be another 15-20 min. I figure cool, at least I will have fresh chicken….but no. 20 min later still no food and now they can’t find my ticket…oh but wait there it is and it will be another 5-10 min…fast forward and wouldn’t you know still no order. Keep in mind I only ordered 2-6 piece meals and 2 drinks. The two bumbling cashiers I interacted with could neither remember my name or my order, and to make a long story short, I waited for over an hour for 12 pieces of chicken, and when I finally got my food, I had to give back my order because there was a half of a flat as one of my pieces!!! I had to tell the girl, who said my name wrong when calling out my order, that I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, not 5 1/2….all in all maybe I will try another wingstop and wait until you all get your $#!+ together…this was a disaster and very disappointing from one of my fave wingstops…UPDATE!!!!!!…so fast forward nearly a year later and somehow they have gotten worse….Orders still effed up…staff stil doesn’t care about their jobs…management still doesn’t care about the staff and the food is still hit or miss. Wingstop….more like stop making chicken wings poorly and change your effin oil for the effin french fries…the pic below is their most recent atrocity. They were supposed to be Cajun and lemon pepper but they wound up being plain and original hot….smdh

I always get soggy well done fries unless I watch them make it. When I come for pick up adding more time for my wait. Today I did uber eats priority and I got the MOST SOGGY BOTTOM OF THE PAN SHORT TINY FRIES. I LOVE WINGSTOP BUT THIS ONE WILL NOT DO WELL DONE FRIES.

I love wingstop but it’s always a gamble to get the order the way you want it. I always ask for my wing to be cooked two times well done because I like the skin to be crispy. I’m lucky if they prepare them the way I ask and the fried are ALWAYS overcooked and soggy. I’m not even sure how that’s possible. The fries are almost always cold as well. I ask for extra fry seasoning, it’s never there. As much as they charge for the food you would think they’d be glad to cook the food the way the customer is asking them to.

Fiyah, son! This place is always hot, always good. I have had less than ideal experiences at other wing stops but this one has it going on! If you are a cheese fry sort of person, the Louisiana voodoo are killer.
