I called and ordered as always enchiladas no lettuce . My fiancé picks up my food . I go to warm up my enchiladas and bam there lettuce I don’t like lettuce because when I warm up my enchiladas the lettuce get soggy and they put the chesse on the lettuce . I call the manger she said she was .She was very rude unprofessional calls me out my gender then calls me a liar proceeds to say she don’t care and then hung up on me . This is the second time at this location I had trouble . Please retrain on customer service and how to act accordingly with customer complaints especially with management . Very disappointed I’ll be going to another Mexican restaurant until y’all can get it together thank you and good luck 17.00 dollar meal down the drain

This was the 1st time visiting & I did because of the reviews. I ordered but felt like the lady really wasn’t happy. I asked questions because I didn’t know the menu, but also wanted to try different things. Everything I ate was just ok. It came out in a timely fashion, but again just tasted ok. I saw other reviews that said that this wasn’t a good location, so maybe I’ll try another location some time down the road.

I didn’t realize that there even was a Roberto’s in this building’s row of businesses honestly. Location directly on Maryland Parkway however the entrance does not have a parking lot in the front, you can park in the parking garage and enter from the back I found out though.

It’s probably the best Robertos I’ve been to. There quality and consistency to prepare fresh food every order keeps me coming back. Chicken taco Wednesday special is always a good thing.

I ordered a chimichanga a few days ago, didn’t realize its been 30mins and I have not received my order yet. Showed my receipt, apparently they got mixed up and forgot about it since it was a bit busy. They offered that they will make it but I had to go back to work, didn’t even have time to process the refund. Followed up the next day and they told me they will finally make it for me with yesterday’s charge. It was pretty decent, ended up giving a tip

Very bad experience with the new young guy at the register. I called to place an order and he kept placing me on hold and I could hear the music playing. When I finally got ahold of him, he said it was me and hung up on me. He is very rude!!!
