It was my first time visiting and I thought it was really good. I’ve traveled and ate at a lot of places and I could honestly say that this was some good barbecue. The greens and sweet potatoes were good as well. The portion sizes are a little small, however, it’s probably what I needed. Overall, it’s a great place if your looking for barbecue.

My son and I stopped here on a whim. It was a good decision. We both had the pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, and cole slaw. Everything was delicious! Another patron warned me that we should get there by 10AM before everything sells out. We will definitely be back.

It’s apparent that customer service is not a concern or priority to the owner. It’s extremely disappointing to watch business that you try to support fail to show quality in service and food. The wait is ridiculous, they were out of rib tips (I know unbelievable) and desserts. Please do better!

Lunch was on me today so I quickly ran to 911 BBQ and the overall consensus is that the food was AMAZING!!! The meats were more than flavorful & tender (fall off the bone), the brisket was so evenly cooked & superbly seasoned, their bbq sauce is one of the best tasting in Chicago hands down. The portions were plentiful & will last for another meal, mac n cheese was “mac & cheesin” (somebody’s grandma w big arms made that mac n cheese lol).

I ordered the 1/2 slab with Mac n cheese .The ribs were tender I got more than enough of ribs their wasn’t enough mac n cheese but it was good as well. The bbq sauce was delicious too. The restaurant was decorated nice along with being very clean. I will be returning soon.

I always say if you have to drench your meat on BBQ sauce, then it ain’t good BBQ. This place is NO different. In my mind, great BBQ doesn’t need to hide behind sauce. The meat is the star, right? So let it shine!

Ordered ahead for family’s Father’s Day dinner. Two slabs of ribs, two chickens, greens, Mac & cheese, coleslaw, sweets potatoes. Food was amazing! Meat so tender and flavorful! My elder dad told me when he turns 90 in November he wants the family to gather again and wants this same meal!

It was not open!!! I went to two places on the same day for barbecue. Neither of them were open. This was one of them. The place was closed down. There was a county or city sticker over the door. The website still lists it as open. I have no clue as to what the service or the food is like.
