New) well 7-Eleven might be a bit of a stretch. But you’re silver spoon answer simply proves my point. Trust me we are also laughing) The place was full of flies and in need of a deep cleaning. I think they got too comfortable with the fact that they’re the only Figaro’s on this side of the bridge. I have had many Figaro’s fans turn to other pizza chains even accepting 7-Eleven’s Pizza over experiencing this overpriced franchise.

I placed an order for pickup and when I go inside to pay, I ask for the ranches ect, he said they are in the cooler to grab myself, I do and he rings me up and I give him my card and then asks “Would you like to leave me a tip today”

Always attentive when I go to pickup our order. Not much atmosphere since there is no dine-in option, but the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I love that we can get a container of ranch to have for days at our house. It’s delicious!

Ordered 2 large pizzas, one turned out correctly, my more expensive pizza is ridiculously smaller: like it’s 3 inches from the side; store had people unwilling to correct the matter in a reasonable way. Horrible service, bad product!!! Management should be willing to make it right! Less than one star. Wish my phone would allow me to add the pic…. What a joke!!

This is the BEST PIZZA place ever!! The staff is super nice, helpful and friendly . The owner is very helpful, kind, and he gets to know the customers. The pizza is the best I’ve ever had! My family won’t eat pizza unless it’s Figaro’s pizza. I have never had a problem with Figaro’s. I don’t know if all Figaro’s are like this but I love the team at this one. Plus I had it delivered for the first time ever and the experience was nothing less if I were to go in. He was just as nice and kind.if I could give more stars I would! Thanks guys for making my day

I originally had a horrible experience. The driver was 15 minutes late delivering our pizza. When I called the driver she was rude and unprofessional. Saying she couldn’t find my apartment even after I gave her direction verbally. Her response was “well I guess I can continue to look”. I told her I’m not sure what else I could do. She said “well I don’t know what else to tell you but I can’t find it”. I hung up with her then called the restaurant to speak to a manager. 10 minutes pass by and the driver arrives and leaves our food at the door. As I’m on the phone, the manager is being defensive about her driver. She said they can make me all new food, get it to me quickly, and refund my food. I was more than satisfied. As I get a knock on the door, the man delivering is the owner! He apologized repeatedly and I explained the situation. The fact that he was already at home and decided to personally deliver this was beyond what I expected! Owners like that really make customers want to come back! Thank you so much!

This is a fantastic store! It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff is great! The owners are active in support of their local community’s charities and schools. The food is consistently high quality and order ahead orders are always on time.
