The staff who made my order was extremely rude and used bad language. I was asking to replace my burrito as the one she made was of beef instead of black beans which was clearly mentioned while placing order and i even repeated my self when I was at the front counter, at 1st she wasn’t listening to my request even after asking gently. After showing my order she was not reading it and arguing and sometime she agreed and started remaking the burrito in a very rude and rough attitude. I feel very disappointed and unsatisfied with the order and situation as I was with my family in the store while other customers watching the situation.

Friendly Staff. I happened to beat the lunch crowd, so I had the place to myself for a few min. & then a couple came in. Food was Great, though the Chalupa’s were downsized I was told. I had a Steak Chalupa Supreme w/Guacamole added & the Potatoes w/Cheese Sauce. Would order again.

I placed an order ar the Putnam Pike Location and noticed when I got home that not only was something missing but my tacos were squished. I tired calling them several times just to credit my debit card and got no answer. I called the Diamond Hill Location to see if they could possibly honor my order and not only did they give me my missing item but they remade my tacos. Thank you Omar.
