If I could give a zero star I would. I got fries and ranch with my order. When I got home and opened my bag there was leftover trash in my fries. Also the fries were cold and they charged me for ranch… When did they get so cheap to charge for condiments. Also their ice cream machine was down, of course.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews. But this was outrageous. I placed an order inside on one of the screens. It took 20 minutes for them to make it and the order wasn’t even big. Once it was finished I went the counter and the manager said “Don’t do that again! Next time order ahead.” Then stormed off, I called her back because she didn’t give me the cups for my drinks. She then slams the cups down on the counter then storms off. This is not okay. Especially coming from someone in a managerial role. It’s not the customers fault you’re having a bad day. But then again what can I expect from someone in their 30’s who work at McDonald’s.

When I ordered the big make I asked to make sure they put sauce on it this time because last time they didn’t. When I got my order it bearley had any sauce on it. When I asked them to put sauce on it they told me that I would have to pay extra for it. I told her I didn’t want to eat a dry big Mac. She was rude and not happy that she had to give me more sauce. That should of been on there in the first place. And why is it when you hold the cheese and pickles but want extra sauce they have a button to charge you for the sauce. But no button to take off some money for not getting the most expensive parts they put on the burger. Or just add the sauce in place for free. This mcdonalds is the worst one around here.

Went in for breakfast this morning had probably the worst experience I have had from here. I know they were busy but no one acknowledged me at the register not even a I will be right with you. It took about 8 mins to even get that. Very poorly managed. After ordering took another 13 mins together food made. The kid that helped me focused on drive thru I had to say my food is ready just to get my food they need to get some new managers and run it like Carol the old store manager ran it

The food was wrong again lol and the fries were warm, almost cold. My daughter got chicken nuggets, and they didn’t taste good to her, so I tried one. It was nasty. Not sure if it was double cooked like they reheat them or if the grease was old.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a long time. I ordered the Big Mac. It was very disappointing. The meat was almost non-existant and they skimped on the lettuce. I would say it was 80% bun and 10% meat and 10% condiments. I would go with a 1/4 pounder, where you actually get meat. I guess you can call it McFlation.

Have been to this location a couple times and haven’t had a great experience. The workers acted disinterested and almost annoyed that we were ordering. They forgot our two pies that we were charged for. Kind of a bummer. Hope they are able to get it together a bit more. The location in Grand Haven has been pretty good so I would suggest heading to that location if you have a McDonald’s hankering!

It’s pretty disappointing how bad the Spring Lake McDonald’s has turned into now. Quality in food is vary bad an vary poor I know it’s McDonalds but 3 pieces of lettuce does not go on a McChicken with a cool, hard piece of chicken an your charging over 2 dallors brah. (It’s a full hand pinch) an food should be hot same thing with their burgers sometimes your getting 4 pickles or 8. Sometimes you’re gonna getting medium rare or rare. Just don’t know what you’re gonna get at this McDonald’s. Better luck from Grand haven or fruitport
