Did not even know this place was here until a friend of mine suggested we go. All in all, I will say it was a pretty good suggestion. Normally, I do not like live music because it is too loud and generally mediocre. I’m not sure who the guy was that was here, but he sounded pleasant, and it was not ear rupturing. Service was good. All of the food was hot and tasted really good. Overall, it’s a pretty nice place. The menu had alot of options.

I never knew this place was here. Went with my sisters, and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent along with the food. So much flavor in the food and cooked to perfection. I appreciated that our server went around to the other side of me while I was holding the baby to set my food down and pushed it away so the baby didn’t accidentally touch it and burn himself. Will definitely be back.

Ok, from the outside looking in, Cinco de Mayo might appear like many other sit-down Mexican restaurants. To be fair, there are many similarities: frozen margaritas abound, and a menu that at first glance appears to have been tuned heavily to a local audience. Nothing wrong with that, at all, and it works. What sets Cinco de Mayo apart from many others in this space is the food.

We ate here on a Saturday and I highly suggest calling ahead because there was a constant flow of people. This has been the best salsa we have eaten. 5 out of 6 adults really liked the food and Margaritas. There was plenty of food and it was served hot (I usually have a cold meal served at restaurants). The thing that impressed me the most was the staff, one of the members in our group had too much Margaritas and they asked if anyone was taking her home, yes the plan was already made to drive her. My suggestion make sure you eat before the margarita because they are strong.

This had quickly become our favorite place to get Mexican food in the area! Very kind staff, amazing and clean interior often with very talented musicians. Takeout is always a great experience and dining in is always fast and delicious and there’s plenty of dining area space and bar space. We’ve tried a lot of the menu and it has yet to be bland or overpriced, it’s always delicious and unique. Rossford is incredibly happy to finally have this open.
