I dont understand what is so difficult about a food order. I ordered a triple burger and got a double. Ordered a large milkshake and got a medium. Tipped (why, no idea, Im in the store placing the order – but I did anyway). Didnt realize this until I got home that everything was light. I worked hard all day today and paid $22 for a double cheeseburger and medium shake. I dont have time to go back to the store. Things like this ruin your day.

Put in an order for a cheeseburger and little Cajun fries in the app. Only had to wait a couple minutes when I got to the restaurant, and that was because they were pretty busy, as usual. My burger was prepared just as ordered, cooked to perfection and super delicious. The fries are great too, and so many extra bag fries, even for a “little” order. It’s not the cheapest lunch, but so much better than junk fast food and well worth it.

Food is great. The service is extremely slow, especially when they were not busy at all. Quite pricey….almost $50 for 3 single cheeseburgers 1 medium order of Cajun fries, 2 milkshakes and a small soda.

It’s not the same anymore. Five guys used to be good and affordable. Now it’s basic and expensive. I will fall back from here. $12.00 for a smashed up burger is crazy.
