Tried the new Americana sandwich, it was ok. I would not drive out my way to get it again. The manager voice carried onto the dining room floor as it seemed she was upset with one of her employees. All you could here was her ranting, not a pleasant dining experience.

Ordering online is suppose to be easy. It was tricky for whatever reason. Food was good. The people in the restaurant were not on par. Did not receive my entire order when you go to pick up food having the folks who work there be sure you receive everything. Be customer service oriented for sure. Went back next day and received the rest of the order. The young lady, manager was helpful and no charge for missed items. It will take a while for me to go back though.

Not once but twice our order was wrong. Hamburgers should not drip blood cashier said that is how they are made and rolled her eyes. We got several nuggets that were empty not one but twice. 2 apple fritters were not available they were to replace with a reg roast beef which was missing. Manger was polite but cashier said door dash made our food. This is unacceptable as this was my favorite fast food place and the dirty looks staff had my husband who is an amputee is beyond rood. I will never go there gain as it was a loss of most of food and rude cashiers. I will be sure to contact the state on how dirty is was and let even know how food is incorrect not once but twice. Kudus for a nice manager but horrible and lack of all of food and disrespect to a handicapped state employee. Good luck getting anything right. I will pass this on to the state !

In the past, I frequented this restaurant, but have not been here in some years until today. Even for fast food, this was sorely disappointing. The spicy beef sandwich was all bun with only 1- 1.5 oz of meat at best, 1/4 teaspoon of jalapenos, and a sprinkling of shredded lettuce. The fries were extremely salty. Three of the sauces at the condiment bar were empty, and this was prior to the lunch hour. The temperature in the restaurant was probably in the low 60s; we had to eat with coats on, as did the rest of the customers there at the time. When I asked one of the employees if the heat was on, my question was met with a faint smile. $20 for two people for this… No need to ever come back to Arby’s, and certainly not to this particular one.

2nd time I came to this location and they messed my order up I ordered a chicken sandwich and 1 roast beef they give all roast beef can’t even get what u want from this place what a joke this place is… This Arby’s use to be good but now it’s all changed with ppl who don’t wanna give good customer service… If u decide to order from this place don’t leave without checking all ur sandwichs they can never get things right the first time and it was empty no customers so why is it so hard to get a order correct

Nice friendly staff but the large shakes are now served in the medium cup…thank you stingy owner. I have commented before how disappointed I am ,and others that my former favorite was Jamocha shakes that are now bland and no longer the distinctive Jamocha flavor . The mix cannot be adjusted on site I’m told. The local Arby’s stores here do not serve breakfast …shame on you again …the Arby’s breakfast wrap is great if you can find one .local stores no longer sell the industries best potatoe cakes..and no longer sell onion rings anymore…I don’t know why I bother going there …they have ruined it for me.

I have went to this Arby’s many times, and disappointed many of those times but somehow ignorantly kept on going back. Today I experience one of the worst encounters I’ve ever had at a restaurant establishment. I had a problem with the service and the cashier ignorantly shouted at me. I ended up leaving but I will be making a formal complaint with Arby’s.
