Chick-fil-A employees might be required to be polite, but these young ladies at the Chicken Express here in Whitehouse are amazing! They legitimately love to help and provide awesome service. Today, I ordered my meal and a 7 piece tender meal for my two kids to share. When the young lady brought our food out, she had split the meal into two plates for my kids and brought two small drinks instead of the one the meal came with. NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE! It wasn’t scripted and she wasn’t required to do that for us. She did that because she is kind and wanted to provide us with the best service possible.

Didn’t have the experience I was expecting I called in a to go order 25 minutes ahead of time to be ready by 12. Received my fish and it’s extremely hard and it was only a piece and a half instead of two. The macaroni is over cooked and mushy. Food is well over priced to not get the items that you are expecting for your lunch break. Then you don’t get to enjoy what you have spent your money on very dissatisfied with service.

Whitehouse Chicken Express is KILLING it with their customer service!! Always super friendly, and I’ve had a different window server every time at their drive through. It’s like they really enjoy being at work or something….. or maybe they secretly think it’s funny that I ordered a four piece and they crammed more in there, knowing it would totally mess with my diet. Either way, I always pull away with a smile on my face. Their management is doing something right!

It’s nice to have this Chicken E as part of the Whitehouse community. I appreciate not having to drive into Tyler for good food options. The fried okra is the best side btw! I usually get the tenders for my main meal. The gravy is good and you have to get a cookie every once in awhile.

Favorite place to eat. The few times there have been mistakes, it’s rectified with no attitude whatsoever(nice change from most fast food places). The workers are kind to us customers and seem to have a good sense of camaraderie with their peers. I always feel comfortable in their store. I love the food, it’s fresh and they make sure to give me good pieces, never stiff me on the amount of food.

The manager at this Whitehouse location “Carlie”, is outstanding. She and the rest of her staff are great! She and her staff went above and beyond in addressing a minor problem. I find employees like this to be a really hard to find in this day and age. I am very impressed. Oh and the food is delicious.

Food was okay overpriced also will not be going back because they charge to use your debit card or the credit card with no signs at except window at drive-thru they should post this at the drive-thru order menu or put a sign up cash only
