Amazing made from scratch crab ravioli pasta and fabulous pizza. Their wine glass or bottle was half off on Thursday evening which was a plus. The server was amazing. We loved their breakfast pizza, eggplant pizza and the Peruvian potato and chicken pizza. The place looks amazing from the inside. They have incredible food here.

WOW! Just wow. I can’t breathe after leaving here. In fact, I had to unbutton my pants when I got in the car. Probably because we couldn’t choose what to order so we got a few options. First off, our waitress Melissa was awesome. Super fun, outgoing, and attentive. The food was incredible. We ordered the hand rolled gnocchi with basil marinara and then ordered an appetizer of meatballs, which we put on the gnocchi. Definitely recommend that! Some of the best gnocchi I’ve had. Then we tried the pork conundrum pizza and the Peruvian chicken pizza. Both were great, but the pork conundrum powered over the other in bold flavors. Would definitely get that one again. We will definitely be back, and hopefully leave room for dessert.

As always, this evening I had another wonderful meal at Salted Dough. Never once, have I ordered off the regular menu. As a “scratch kitchen” chef Jeff and his team cook fresh daily based off what is locally available. Even though they have a variety of drafts and imports, their ever changing menu must be paired on a daily basis. I can never pick which house wine to order without asking the phenomenal staff members about the specials! My favorite menu items to order are always the daily changing specials. This evening I had a wonderful pasta & scallop dinner with a delicious lemon blueberry tiramisu. Unparalleled in this community! To top off the dinner and wonderful desert, the bartender, Moose, truly created a one of a kind beverage to pair with the tiramisu! Ask him about his oak n’ shield next time you stop in. As always, I could not recommend a better local restaurant! Stop in for a full dinner or take home one of their pizzas for a night in of wonderful takeout.

Seriously one of the best restaurants in Broadview Heights! The breakfast/brunch is amazing! Me and my boyfriend went during their Sunday brunch and had the stuff French toast with the braised pork carnitas. It was soooo good! Staff was very kind with quick service. Absolutely love the decor. Its a comfy modern rustic vibe. Cant wait to go back and try their pizza and drinks! Highly recommended!

1st of all the food was very delicious. There is no argument at all for the quality of taste this restaurant provides. With that in mind I can’t overlook the severe mismanagement and lack of service that this restaurant produces. 2 hours for a children’s pizza and a medium pizza. For a pizza restaurant that sits maybe 30 people I find that wait time appalling. In their mission statement on there menu they promote bringing a trendy vib to suburbia. Yet they only had 1 high chair in the entire restaurant & ran out of kids cups. I saw other tables have kids expired dough to play with/keep themselves busy while food cam out, but again this was something that they either must have run out of or mismanaged to all of the tables. And quite frankly the biggest sin that I witnessed was that NO ONE wanted to clear tables after customers left. Seriously, 15 minutes I watched a hostess wrap silverware and a manager/owner wait to run food from the kitchen and no one even attempted to clean a 6-top that has been gone for several minutes. That was one of at least 3-4 table tops that just sat dirty and not flipped. There were 2 servers (guy and girl) who were flipping there tables in there sections, but it was pretty obvious that either people who had time to lean either A didn’t want to clean or B obvious to the mess in their establishment. If I do come back it will only be take out.

Such a great place to enjoy with friends and family! The wait staff are super helpful and make wonderful recommendations. The bartender came to our table and made custom drinks for us based on our alcohol preferences. The pizzas are always amazing, but their specials are just to die for! Will be back with more people for sure!

I have never written a bad review until now which means the food had to be really bad. Ordered take out for dinner and arrived at the time stated dinner would be ready to pick up. However my order wasn’t ready when I went to get it. Was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited the 10 minutes not ready and then it was another five. It was clear that the order never got placed to the kitchen even though it was already paid for. Instead of salted dough honestly admitting that the order wasn’t sent to the kitchen to be made they just said it wasn’t ready yet (I would have asked for a refund and left without my food if known). Things happen so I wish there was honesty instead of making me wait longer not knowing why it was taking so long. Finally get the 2 pizzas but one of the pizzas is incorrect. The pizza has to be remade. When I get home to eat the pizza is was doughy and raw, the cheese wasn’t fully melted and the chunks of tomato were huge (as seen in the photos). Disappointed because I had the same (greco)pizza a few weeks ago and it was great. However due to a 10 inch pizza being $15 and getting what I got doesn’t seem like it is worth the risk. Just wanted to let others know of what they might get if they go.

Every time we order takeout, service is timely (always ready ahead of arrival) and delicious. Hostesses on the phone are always willing to answer any questions about daily specials. Always a great local option for picking up pizza and food for our team members!

My fiancé and I visited this restaurant on a cold snowy evening. It was warm and cozy inside! We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Moose (Mick) was our server. Very energetic and fun! Great drinks! Tried the grilled salted dough and calamari for appetizers. Both delicious. The salted dough is so simple but amazingly very delicious. I would definitely order this as a side with anything that has a sauce. Amazing to sop up the remaining flavors on a plate. Also tried gnocchi in the mushroom, Rosemary, white wine sauce. Quite lovely. All the flavors melded together nicely. Overall a great find. Will definitely come back here!
