If I could leave zero stars I would!!! I entered the Archer Rd location today at 12:25 along with four other friends of mine for lunch. When We entered the building the front door along with the inside of the restaurant was VERY dirty. We were NOT welcomed with anything such as “welcome to Moe’s” or even a hello. The female who started the order, Tiarra Watson was very unprofessional and rude to all five of us by slinging our food around on the counter, sloppy presentation, etc. When I got to the register I asked to speak to a manager which was Dan in regards to the situation. I explained out experience very politely and Dan became VERY offensive defending the employees actions and asked me “Do you want me to get up on a stage and announce it?” while frailing his arms around. I then asked for a refund for my food $16.96 and Tiarra came and processed the refund while steadily being hostile and rude. I still have NOT received my refund of the $16.96. This place is not only poorly managed, but also poorly maintained with cleanliness. The owner of this franchise should be aware! I suggest cleaning the place up for better presentation and also having a manage that leads by example to his staff.

Been going to this Moe’s for years and it’s always been good, far superior to chipotle especially with the bottomless chips and salsa bar included. Personally I really dislike the redesign they did a few years ago, way less interesting on the inside than it used to be.

I was at the archer road store for lunch when i watched the young man working go in the back of the store vape and come back out without washing his hands start serving food. I walked out and will never return. Ist vaping should not be done in the restaurant or around food 2nd wash your hands. I used to eat at moes at least once a week never again

Absolutely love moes I think it is way better than chipotle. The workers in there are always so enthusiastic and accommodating so service is great. I usually always get a burrito with chicken but their other meats are also good. The portion size is pretty good for the price that you pay. Also definitely worth it to go there on moes Monday you get a good deal

Moe’s is one of my favorite establishments, and this is by far my favorite location. Having been to so many, they have the best customer service, the nicest location, the tastiest food, and the portion sizes are always fantastic. I lived in Tampa for two years, and the few times I got Moe’s I was always disappointed, and I would think of this location while eating it. Will return as often as I can afford to.
