Like the previous fellow, if they had a 0 star option I would have taken it. I’m not going to waste too much time here. Pizza Hut no longer offers refunds. Only store credits. If they screw up, you can’t get your money back. That one policy alone should keep you away. Their customer service is garbage. But, this is ALL locations. This company must want to die, it seems like they are purposely making any decision they can to destroy their brand.

I went in to pick up an order. The lady told me that it would be a couple of min. Okay no worries. A guy comes up to register and almost yelling did you pay for your order. After the 1st lady told him I was there for an online order to pick up. Huh? A few minutes later she answered the phone, and was speaking to a customer over the phone. I guess the person in other end was cussing at her and while I was in the store she said Don’t Fing cuss at me and slammed the phone down. No one should have to work in a hostile environment like that. Not professional at all.

I would 0 star if I could. I ordered a medium and large veggie lovers pizza and we opened one and it had a 1 inch piece of glass in it, and the smaller pizza had a piece of chicken in it. It was clearly the stores fault but when we called them they weren’t apologetic at all and said we have to call Uber and their corporate office but it was clearly their fault.

Oh we were in the mood for wings and we got a thin crust pizza just to get something else. The wings were hot and fresh as well as delicious. The pizza hit the spot as well with it. The meal was the best we have ever had. So amazing.

Make orders are correct. When I got home I found that one of my 4 pizzas was wrong and the garlic sauce we ordered was missing as well. No sense calling about it because it would have taken almost an hour to call, wait drive both ways and return home. We had 6 teen and preteen boys at home who were hungry.

We ordered boneless wings for the 70 cent wing deal. I got 1 regular size boneless wing and a handful of popcorn chicken. I was then charged an extra 75 cents for a side of ranch. How do your wings not come with a single dipping sauce?
