I went out with my boyfriend around 8:30pm. Best service. Got our food hot and fresh. I got a coffee that was delicioussss. Whoever made that coffee deserves a raise because I know other McDonald places wouldn’t have taken their time to make it how I asked for. Keep up the good work!

This store is absolutely ridiculous. Come here to pick up. Orders was parked for over 30 minutes. Never got our two orders. When we got parked at the third window I asked again where is our orders? They laughed in our face and walked away needless to say never got our food and drove away horrible place and they just opened this location smh ♀️

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 30 minutes waiting between the drive thru and park afterwards only to get my order all messed up. They didn’t even care to fix it when asked to, pretended me to do the line all over again. Not recommended at all.

Not the best customer interaction. Staff is not trained well for mobile orders. They have little to no knowledge. Manager has no empathy and the desire to take care of the customer. This is for the overnight staff. I understand you did overnight but you must provide good customer service regardless and be kind.

The older gentlemen in the lobby is so nice! I don’t think he speaks good English but he’s still killing it! While i was in there though, there was multiple people who ordered on the mobile app and the manager, Lorena, was not handling any of the problems with care. There was a guy with kids who ordered breakfast on the app and she said she wasn’t going to make it, even though he ordered it before 11. He waited in the curbside for 20 minutes only to come inside and get told in a rude manner, by Lorena, that he will have to refund it. She didn’t seem to care. Then another gentleman comes in, he’s older, so he doesn’t know how to work the app well. He was trying to navigate though the app and she was rude with him as well. I get it, it’s busy but you shouldn’t be talking to customers like that, especially if you’re a manager.

This place is ridiculous, ordered online from home, drove to the store and my order was canceled because they weren’t doing curbside. Didn’t bother to tell me till I arrived. Then it wouldn’t let me use a coupon for 15 minutes, even though they canceled my ordered. Then I pulled up to a speaker only to be ignored while 3 cars went through the other speaker. Had to back up, go to the other speaker, then had to wait 25 MORE minutes in the drive through. Then, I watched them give the car in front of me my food, and take it back from them, and when I pulled up to the pick up window, they confused me with someone else, made me wait 10 more minutes ADMITTED TO GIVING THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME, MY FOOD AND TAKING IT BACK, then REFUSED TO REMAKE IT. God awful, normally the new McDonald’s start off good then go down hill. Just drive the extra few miles and go to the other one.
