We got there at 11:00 am to eat the buffet. The store was very dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a week. There were puddles of water at one end of the buffet table. Gnats were flying around where you get your drink. We couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. We won’t be back.

We’re to start where this store goes wrong. New item nope they don’t have the breast to make it. Served old food. I watched them break the golden rule of health code and that’s never take food back across the counter once it leaves the counter. It didn’t just leave the guy ate out it complained it was old asked them to make fresh ones one told him to keep the old food which you’re supposed to do. But then she clocked out. And the next girl on the shift. Made him bring it back in after he ate out it and took it to his car. Another customer ordered a famous bowl got 4 peace’s of chicken supposed to come with 5. All the manager said is do you want your one little peace and was very rude. No real leader or manager on the shift. No employee communicated with the others before they left. I’d give a negative review if possible. Rude not clean served old food. And broke health code violations. And I’ve been an assistant manager at little ceasars and Taco Bell. I’ve never seen anything as bad as this kfc.

To whoever owns this KFC, it’s time to build a new one. This place is disgusting and it really needs to be completely redone and start over. The restaurant is filthy. The bathrooms are filthy. Do not eat here. Food will make you sick. Worst KFC chicken i have ever eaten. I am almost certian it was the slop left over from lunch buffet……yesterday! Horrible, horrible horrible. I was served thru drive thru and didnt look at it till i got home. Breading was so raw and undercook it wouldnt even stuck to chicken. Was suppose to be extra crispy. 40 dollars wasted. Sickening they could serve this. Cole slaw had completely soured. Biscuits were hard as a rock. No honey or butter….that was asked for. On a side note. The mashed potatos n gravey seem fresh n perfectly normal

Chicken still great as usual. Need to bring back the buffet! They’d get a lot more business. The attitude of drive through people not always the greatest, especially when you’re missing an item in the bag and have to go back.

Kfc Searcy…i Pulled up to speaker lady said can I take your order ,so I ordered then she said she couldn’t hear me so I ordered 2 more times and she claimed she couldn’t hear me again and then lady said it’s not her fault she can’t hear me ..I was like well then …so I Pulled around to window and I said “can your hear me now ” she said let me get someone else’s to take your order…she needs to work on her customer service js .

Evert time we go to get kfc. I’d order the chicken pot pie. And for the 5th week the colored boy that works the drive thru tells me that they’re out. If your gonna have food on your menu then turn around everytime someone wants a certain dish from the menu . Then kfc should have it on stock. Instead of lying about they never have any pot pies. Ready or out of stock. I mean come on. Don’t be lazy. Have what the customer wants ready to go. Instead of not wanting to cook .
