When I order and pay for a 10 piece meal, I expect a 10 piece meal. McDonald’s please better train your staff on counting to 10. 7 nuggets really? This location I thought would be saved by the remodel however, no change at all. Also the manager could use some customer service pointers. I’ll be sure to never ask for extra sweet and sour ever again. Apparently it was such an issue even when I said I’ll pay for 2 extra sauces.

I go to this location often. The people are always friendly. Since I go often, I can tell when people are off and I don’t take it personal and just take notice and let them know I appreciate their service. The GM is always there. She is a hands on manager. There is also an assistant manager who transferred from the Citrus Park location and she is awesome! Always makes you feel like family. No restaurant is perfect.

The floor and tables were clean. However, more than one customer complained about cold and stale food. I ordered 6-nuggets. They took just over 5 minutes to satisfy the request and they were cold, stale, and soggy. I ate them because I was hungry… but it was below any standards of any restaurant. Given the time of day and the proximity to several schools, I will accept that they might be running behind… but to get cold and stale food is unexceptable. If anything, it should be made fresh since so many people are ordering… not the other way around. The manager here offered no apologies to those who requested fresh food. Most people will accept several things if only others were more humble and empathetic. Too bad that McDonald’s (corporate) cannot see these things as we do.

If I could give a negative score I would. This is the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and 2 cheeseburger with a drink. Got to the window, paid and moved to next window and got my drink which was flat and didn’t see or hear from the girl again for a few mins so I moved to the next window and Dat there for another 3 to 5 minutes and it wasn’t until I knocked on the window and someone came up asked me what I had and still gave me the wrong order. I had to pull into the store take my 2 yr old son out of carseat and they proceeded to ask for my receipt which I was never given. When I got my correct order it was a sloppy and messy. My suggestion is to hire a staff who can actually do the job. Worst experience ever and I will tell everyone to avoid this place like a plague
