Poor customer service hasn’t changed. Couldn’t get past the nasty attitude of the young lady who attempted to take my order. She kept sighing as I was giving my order details as if I had interrupted her from her personal life (psst. you chose to work at this restaurant). Couldn’t seem to handle simple, order details. Hung up on me when I brought her poor attitude to her attention. Since they don’t care about about losing sales I went on to Smithfield Chicken and BBQ, were the food is good and you can expect service with a smile.

I have always enjoyed going to any of Jay’s establishments and the main restaurant in Goldsboro is one of my favorite! The servers are always nice, the food is always good, and the fried icecream is (chefs kiss).

I got a spicy pork bowl and it was horrible. It smelt sour . The pork was over cooked. Only reason they got 2 stars was because I got a regular chicken bowl that was great .

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and I do think that it is a good place to get food. However the last time I went there was a hair in my food. I do understand sometimes things can happen but I don’t understand how a hair got in my food.

Finally got to go to this place today and it was fantastic! It was a really good atmosphere especially for a more fast paced restaurant, clean even with all the people in and out picking up orders and dining in. The staff was really nice and funny too. I got the chicken bowl with rice and fries and all of it was delicious. Definitely coming here again!!

Ninja Grill is our go to for quick, easy, tasty suppers. The staff is excellent and the food is top notch. I highly recommend the Bulogoi Fries and the Tokyo Steak bowl.

Man I used to really love this place, but for whatever reason it’s gone considerably down. The steak bowl that I always order is now half chewy fat bits that are inedible. The meat isn’t even cooked how I ask it half the time. The fried rice taste so bland it might as well be regular white rice. And lastly, the wait times can be killer. They haven’t always been like this, I used come here during lunch at peak hours and the food would come in a reasonable time, now if I come here while it’s empty it’ll take them like 30 minutes to get it out.

The staff was lovely, the wait was a bit lengthy, and my chicken in my chicken bowl was a bit burnt and the rice a tad hard for my taste. Drowning it in 2 cups of teriyaki sauce helped… kinda. Overall the food was good though, and I will go back, just not as often as if the food had been worth the wait.

Everytime I come to this restaurant they get my order wrong and if you say something there will argue with you and say your wrong that they gave you what you order atmosphere is horrible and interment is nasty I will not be coming back thought I’d give them another chance but bad choice want happen again.
