Great fast Mexican food, the carne asada nachos are the best in Las Vegas.they also have a great salsa bar that has two different salsas, jalapenos and carrots, cucumbers, radishes and limes. So two years later and still the best Mexican fast food in Henderson. The prices have all gone up a buck or two and no more salsa bar since COVID, you can still ask for carrots and jalapenos which they will give along with red or green salsa. Today we got the ham tortas and beef roll tacos with guacamole, cheese and lettuce. Everything was delicious. This place is better than Roberto’s in my humble opinion. We go a couple times a month, always a good or great experience.

Don Tortaco is the exact same thing as Roberto’s but a tiny bit less expensive. When I say exact same thing, I mean it. It’s identical! They also have inferior portions as well as inferior hot sauce compared to Roberto’s. The hot sauce is tasteless and has the consistency of water. You basically have to drink it and take a bite of food after or it soaks everything you pour it on. Stay away from the pork. Mostly tastes very old and is mushy with a bad smell. It’s great for some quick taquitos or a breakfast burrito or would have gotten one star. Just spend the extra one to two dollars and go to Roberto’s.

A must when in Henderson & best part is that they’re open 24 Hours! The tacos are good too but I prefer a full course meal when I’m visiting here. Personally I prefer green enchiladas va the red ones so I gave it to my man and he said it was good. So yeah, all in all we also know the burritos are delicious as well.

Drive thru took 26 minutes to get 2 breakfast burritos with 2 cars ahead of us. They hang a tip jar out the drive thru window. Very unprofessional. Wanted to charge me 1.00 for small little container of pico for my burrito. Very dissatisfied this visit. Need to pick up your game

Where’s the beef?! If I order beef taquitos, I expect beef inside! A tiny amount of beef inside a tightly rolled tortilla where tortilla is the only flavor, is not a beef taquito. Add beef Don Tortaco!

Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Pictured is the $9 Taco platter on Taco Tuesday. I’m not one to take pictures of my food, but this looked so delicious when it came out that I had to. The tacos tasted as good as they looked. This is one of our favorite places to eat! Not fancy, and two can eat for $20. Skip the big chain Mexican fast food, and go to Don Tortaco instead. You’ll get much better food – for less!
