I placed my order and I noticed it was wrong on the board. I stated that I ordered egg McMuffin’s no cheese and the board said sausage. He then told me, “thats not what you ordered” I replied, “I said egg McMuffin’s and a sausage burrito” he replied,” I cant change it now” So I proceed forward and no one opens the window for me or the two cars in front of me to pay. I get to the second window and the gentleman gives me my order that is wrong still and I state that I haven’t payed yet. He makes me give the food back to drive back around the building to the pay window to pay for food that I didn’t order. I pay and then get the food back from the second window. You can’t make this stuff up. So I go through all this and my order is wrong. This location has always had some issues, but this takes the cake. Horrible customer service then argue with me about what I ordered and still make me pay full price for their mistake.

Got 2 McDoubles in the drive through, got sent to the waiting area and waited 17 minutes before going in to get a refund. Watched 10 cars go through the drive through while waiting and not one got sent to wait as well. Worst location i have visited yet. Guess i get to skip lunch today. Thanks alot!

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Went there got a burnt Big Mac with no pickles no lettuce and only onion I ordered it as no onion. Called said they put my name down for a replacement. Go to get my replacement today they ask if I know the persons name who took my call I said no I didn’t get his name it was a guy but I have my receipt because it was a online pick up order but apparently that didn’t matter and there is no list and they couldn’t help me. Safe to say I left without my replacement food and only got an attitude from the female shift leader.
