The most unprofessional people work here. When I pulled into the drive thru, the person taking my order was having a conversation with other staff and laughing through the mic as I was ordering. When I was a little girl We lived in Stratford CT. My Mom wld always take us to Duchess. We moved but It always stayed in my mind how good the food was. I went there with my oldest Son back in August of 22 and just recently with a friend and that place has only gotten BETTER!!! A little pricey but trust me, it’s Worth It.

I love Duchess, this one is absolutely gross. It’s not the food but facility. The walls floors and the rest of the place is so dirty. They need to close for a weekend and DEEP CLEAN. Their coke freestyle machine smelled like mold. I’d go to the Boston Ave one all day long.
