The food was very good very hot. I had a Vegan Bowl but I had to keep asking the server to add more food. They only want to give me one scoop of beans that’s not gonna do anything, but besides that the food was very delicious.

I order a steak bowl with fajitas and corn with salsa on the side. This is the second day in a row that they screwed up my order. No fajitas found in bowl. No corn found in bowl. Order was placed for pick up Sunday 3/19 at 1:10pm.

This chipotle is in a nice area and I had been here before and the food was good so that’s why when I went into the restaurant I wasn’t expecting it to be the pigsty it was. It was disgusting food everywhere all over the tables and the serving area and in the food containers all types of food were mixed together I don’t know what I was thinking but I still went up and ordered and while telling the guy working there my order and him putting my burrito together he messed up multiple times which isn’t a huge deal and it was clear he was new and I paused for a second and said give him a second maybe he’ll offer to restart the burrito or something and then while thinking that he puts the wrong meat on i just said I’m sorry I wanted steak not chicken and he scooped the chicken off my black bean brown rice burrito (even though I had told him white rice and pinto beans) ( oh yeah and he scooped it out just using his hands) and went and stuck his hand into the steak and scooped it up with a cup mind you he is wearing gloves but certainly not ones that go up to his forearm i can’t even write properly but I certainly didn’t eat the burrito I got but I did pay for it. what should I do I would love to just give it to someone who needs it more than me but I just think it’s too unsanitary for anyone to eat i didn’t get anything that could be spilling all over my car and yet the bag is leaking everywhere

So many bad experiences at this location that I stopped coming altogether. Unfortunately the place I originally planned on dining with was very busy so I thought I’d give them another shot. That was a mistake. They don’t know how to cook rice on an average day (mushy or dry), never have fajita veggies, and overcooked both the Steak (grey) and Chicken during this visit. At check out I got a drink only to discover there was no iced tea stocked, similar to many of my past trips at this location. I will not be back. Go to the 41st location for better service/workers who somewhat care.

I went hear and right as i walked in i knew it was a mess there was food everywhere and also i got a burrito bowl but i got rushed and i have allergies to soy so i did not know what had what! Plus their was a big bone cube in my boneless chicken and I’m pretty sure i swallowed one to And let me tell you they were out of something i read the previous reviews and one person said they are always out of something and its true its good food but the rest is debatable

This location i know is busy but it always runs out of things today that was cheese and straws. The cheese was the kicker cause i have short time for lunch so couldn’t go anywhere else and i invited a colleague who had never ate here before ( not exactly a good first impression) besides that everything was good not great I’ve have better chipotle at other locations

They almost never have things in Stock on the line. The service is very poor and inattentive, and heaven forbid you have ask them to put down some more product instead of scraping the old, stuck to the bucket food and shorting your portions. I don’t mind waiting, and I express this. But it seems like no one is ever willing to serve in any way (all I get are eye rolls, huffs , puffs, or excuses). I think I will find another location because this has been an annoying trend…

I always feel awkward giving reviews for chain restaurants since for the most part, they are relatively uniform but when there are exceptional experiences, it’s justified. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and it’s was very busy. Given it’s high traffic, the dining area was very clean and the staff was friendly and upbeat. I got the bowl with pollo asado, carnitas, and steak. The meat was tender, packed with flavor, and very hearty. No rice or beans but some romaine lettuce made it a great low carb, high protein meal.

Very Sloppy. I went in around 6pm yesterday for my first time and this heavy set african girl was rushing my husband and I when it wasn’t busy. I got a burrito and I asked only for a light items but she wasn’t listening, she kept putting an ungodly amount of food on the burrito that it was soaking and spilling out sauces all over the counter, she couldn’t even fold the burrito because it was so sloppy and had to go change gloves. Then she just put it on a to go box. I lost my appetite but I hate to waste food so I paid for it anyways. I should’ve taken a picture of it. I don’t know what kind if day they were having but I came back in and dropped of goody bags. The cashier didn’t seem too caring for it but oh well I just won’t go back again
