After a poor experience a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give this place another chance after the manager, Sam, made an effort to make my experience better. Here we are again with boneless wings with barely any sauce and what is supposed to be a Super Supreme pizza cut into squares (for my toddler). I called and got no apology and no sympathy, but they offered to remake it. Spend your hard earned money literally anywhere else.

Delivered us the wrong order and turned their phones off a half hour before closing so they didnt have to deal with it. Joke of a restaurant, incapable employees, and clearly a manager who doesnt care about absolutely anything based on all of the negative recent reviews.

Surprised that the young lady on drive thru window is new but couldn’t answer any questions I had Pzone what comes in them , cost,size nothing. Immediately asked me to wait but didn’t do anything stood there so I asked questions. Asked me hold young man came could answer some better but a lot of I don’t know hold on . Seemed training really lacks. Not sure how long that all took, then asked to pull around and wait told it would be 20 minutes

Bought 2 orders of breadsticks, they put it inside a médium pizza box. Before I leave i asked if the sauce was inside the box, she told me yes and guess what? When I got home no sauce. This is my second time buying there and both were horrible experiences. The first one was the big new Yorker that was burn and dry.

I ordered a pizza melt and wings. The melt was so overdone and hard I could hardly bite it and the wings were so small for the price. I have had the melt before from a different pizza Hut and it was so good. This one was so bad, I won’t be going back to that pizza Hut. Lots of money for such a bad meal.

Food is always wrong went to the drive through to avoid there ridiculous 5 $ delivery fee and had to take our order back twice because it was wrong again and still got it wrong ordered fries with our sandwiches and got potatoe chips so what was the point of taking the food back if it wasn’t being fixed and then had my kids food just sitting while they fixed nothing
