Worst experience ever!!!! Burgers were made incorrectly. Physically had to take burgers back to the store only to have the manager finger his way all over the burgers trying to point out how we were wrong and he was right. His intention was never to be helpful, but to make sure we knew Five Guys was right and we were WRONG! I am of the opinion that with this leader on duty, Five Guys would have never been wrong. We were wrong the minute we called to say the order wasn’t right. This is the first time I’ve ever published a complaint online and I believe it is more than well deserved, simply from a kindness perspective.
