The staff was very friendly & helpful when I was asking questions, this was new to me when it comes to food (somethings) The food was made fresh & hot when given to me for take out order. When I got it home I was pleased w/ my shrimp and my husband also enjoyed his chicken Tika. Will definitely go back to enjoy another meal.

I always tip %15-20 when I order. This is the second time they have simply not payed attention while taking an order. Terrible service and the staff is incompetent and lazy, defiantly regret tipping at all. It makes sense why customers are turned off to tip completely. If you want Hawaiian food check out ANY other place. They will waste your time and money. Don’t recommend this L&L off of 1635 Eldridge Pkwy. The staff looked like she was high off of drugs. This is the second time this has happened.

service is super friendly, and that’s about all that is good. rock hard rice and nori cut to short on musubi so it fell apart. burger bun was blacker than the hinges of hell and could only taste burned bread.

While I love the LNL, Hawaiian barbecue location, and Katie, this one thing, new was a bit. Disappointing, there are several leaks throughout the restaurant, which I know they can’t fully control, the food had good flavor, but when I saw the young girl come from the back, pulling cabbage out with her bare hands and no gloves. It just turned my stomach. Brand new restaurant they should be using gloves and working on sanitary measures.

Haven’t had Hawaiian food since my trip last year. Saw bullritos had closed and decided to try here. Food is typical fare, kinda bland. I had the loco Momo and it hit my craving. A regular size is more than enough for one person. Macaroni salad had a nice taste but I just don’t like it
